Where this comes from
On bp, Fleet Management (ANZ) I unlocked customer access by making the case to Sales, then ran research, JTBD, competitor analysis, and blueprinting that grounded product–market fit. On CBA programmes I worked through heavy stakeholder complexity with interviews, capability mapping, and AI-powered experiences that had to be explainable and safe.
I routinely facilitated critique, design reviews, and hybrid collaboration across time zones, the craft of facilitation is as important as the canvas.
