Where this comes from
At Avanade I inherited a disengaged Experience Design practice and rebuilt it around people first — the team became advocates for the culture we shaped together. Colleagues describe steady support through complexity, psychological safety, and a bar for craft that was clear, not cruel. I’m a two-time People First Leader award recipient. That same ethos shows up in how I coach: direct, compassionate, and focused on your agency.
Today, as VP of Product Design & Enablement at Lumiant, I still work closely with practitioners on product judgement, systems thinking, and how design earns a seat next to product and engineering.
